Patient warming system PWS 72 000 - no longer available

Austrian quality, high-tech features and an attractive appearance – the newly designed blower of the PWS 72 000 patient warming system combines technical perfection with an attractive appearance.

‍General characteristics‍

• The electromagnetic compatibility of the device has been tested according to EN 60601-1:2006 (3rd Edition).
• The maximum temperature pre-setting is 46° C.
• The patient's safety is guaranteed by a multiple safety shut-down mechanisms working independently from each other.
• Fast heating is ensured by a precise heating element (to 38°C in 30 seconds).
• The clear symbol language on the user-friendly display makes it easy to use.
• The blower PWS 72 000 is equipped with a HEPA filter (efficiency 0.3 μ corresponds to 99.95 %) which can be easily changed.
• The temperature is controlled by a thermal sensor in the air hose.
• The following temperatures can be selected: Ventilation, 32 ° C, 35 °C, 38 °C, 41 °C and 46 °C.
• The ventilator is pressure controlled.
• During operation, the noise level is 55 dB. This corresponds to the volume of a normal conversation.
• The blower PWS 72 000 can be used as a standalone unit. Mounting on an IV stand, on the mounting rail or on the bed trailing is easy.
• The rotating air hose enables flexible use.

Air hose

• The rotating air hose has a length of 1.5 m and a diameter of 58 mm.
• Easy insertion of the air hose into the heating mat
• The smooth surface of the air hose makes cleaning easy.
• An air hose cover can easily be attached.

Display

• The following temperatures can be selected:
  Ventilation, 32 °C, 35 °C, 38 °C, 41 °C and 46 °C.
• The maximum temperature is 46 °C

Heating mat

General product characteristics:

• 6 different versions available.
• Micro perforation prevents air turbulence.
• Simple fixation on the patient possible due to skin-friendly adhesive strips.
• The material is non-woven and meets the requirements of EN ISO 10993.

• All heating mats are also available with Velcro® hook and loop. Add a «V» to the REF number.

Load-carrying connection of heating mats

• Load-carrying connection between heating mat and air hose through well-known «accumulation hose technology».
• Always reusable closure.
• Completely washable up to 60°C or to cleanable with suitable disinfectant solutions.
